Refund and Exchange Policy:

In case the key does not work or does not match the product version, we commit to refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Customers who purchase the wrong version will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In case of system errors leading to incorrect or insufficient charges, customers need to cooperate with us to pay the outstanding fees within 1-3 days from receiving the notice.

If customers do not pay within the specified time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service until the fees are fully paid.

If customers have paid but do not use the service or use it not in accordance with the promised standards, we will consider refunding based on the refund policy.

Customers have the right to terminate the service by notifying us 1 day in advance without paying any fees.
