• If no error occurs, you can join the Family group as usual by opening the email and accepting the invitation.
• You do not necessarily need to receive the email; you can directly check the invitation via https://myaccount.google.com/people-and-sharing. This is useful in cases where the inbox is full or the email is not received for any reason.
• If you encounter any issues, please follow the steps below:

1️⃣ Recommended Solution: Add a New Payment Profile

⚠️ Important Note: You can use your existing payment card, which must belong to Vietnam to ensure compatibility.

• Alternatively, use a backup card as mentioned below:
• Visit https://payments.google.com.
• Close all existing payment profiles (if any).
• Add a new payment method with the following details:
  • Card number: 5388 4105 5249 8356
  • Expiration date: 02/2025
  • Security code (CVV): 362
  • Card holder name: Random
  • Country: Vietnam
  • Address 1: 119 Pho Co Dieu
  • City: Ho Chi Minh
  • Province: Ho Chi Minh
  • Postal code: 700000
• Save the new payment profile.
• Return to your email, click Accept Family Invitation, and complete the process.

2️⃣ Issue: No Email Received or Already in Another Family Group

• Open a web browser and go to: https://myaccount.google.com/people-and-sharing
• Check if you are already part of another Family group.
• If yes, scroll to the bottom and select Leave Family Group.
• Then, return to your email and click Accept Family Invitation.

3️⃣ Issue: Country Mismatch

• Open a web browser and go to: https://payments.google.com
• Click the three horizontal lines icon on the left, and select Settings (Do not select "Payment Methods").
• Scroll to the bottom and choose Close All Payment Profiles.
• Return to your email and click Accept Family Invitation 2-3 times if needed.

⚠️ Note:
Country mismatch errors may also occur if the account is still part of an old Family group, even after closing the payment profile. Ensure you have left the old group before trying again.

4️⃣ Alternative: Use a VPN to Resolve Country Issues

• Download and install any VPN software (e.g., TunnelBear, NordVPN, ProtonVPN, etc.).
• Select the Vietnam VPN server.
• Then, return to your email and click Accept Family Invitation.

📌 Additional Notes:

• If you see the message "You can only switch Family groups after 12 months," please use a different email to join.
• Each account can only join one Family group at a time. For example, if your account is already part of a YouTube Premium group, it cannot join another Family group using Google One, Gemini Advance AI, or similar services, and vice versa.
